Huge fan
I love that this complex contains higher amounts of B6 than a lot of other Functional Medicine B complexes out there. Plus it compliments the B vitamin dosage amounts in the Daily Nutritional Support so well and I use that every day without fail. I especially love using this particular B Complex knowing that I am more prone to genetic methylation issues. I've been using this product for several years now and it's a staple for me.
