Sling Pouch - Medium

I love the brand, their website is great and the materials they use are fantastic. When mine arrived i tried putting my edc goods inside to test it out, it fitted well and not particulary heavy however i noticed stitching at the back look stressed on one side and slightly frayed on the other. This put me off straight away. I contacted the DSPTCH team and advised them of the issue. They came bak lettting me know “ The stitches on the back are known as bartack stitches; they are high-density stitches designed to reinforce stress points. This type of stitch is quite difficult to unravel unless it is manually removed with a seam ripper.” Well i dont own a seam ripper and i had received the bag about 30 minutes before contacting them. I would have simply started the returns process but this seemed like a fault to me. I emailed a response to their email straight away thanking them for getting back so quickly but i have heard nothing since (only 24hrs so not complaining about that).

Love my bag! Got the medium and large, both so convenient.
