Solid bag

Been using this bag for the past few weeks. Overall I quite like the design, and the ambidextrous pocket has proven to be quite useful. Overall, just a couple nitpicky things would be it would be nice if the bag had a bit more structure on the base to stand upright - it typically does but sometimes it falls over if the contents are not ideal. Also having a couple more administrative pockets for organization would be nice But overall very satisfied with the size and build quality.

Where has this bag been all my life?

This bag slotted effortlessly into my working and leisure use. The bag is sturdy and has organization in very easy to reach places. I particularly appreciate how the main compartment is designed to be used as a top loader, with the ability to open clamshell if needed eg to stuff winter jackets in. I was worried about the wide shoulder straps, but I have so far found it very comfortable on my petite frame. With their competitive prices, quick shipping, and thoughtful design, I'll be looking at Rework for my future bag needs!

Excellent, intuitive, spacious. Could use a couple tweaks.

This is an excellent bag and there's very little I'd want to be different. It's comfortable, stands upright on its own, has intuitive organization but also not too much organization! It also seems larger (in a good way) than I expected as a 20L bag. I wish there was a hidden pocket on the back for sensitive documents and I wish the quick-stash pocket on top was a bit larger.
