I am glad I read other reviews before quitting! It took 2 months before I saw any changes and now I am happy to report the rejuvia is allowing me to get to sleep more easily. Still takes 45 minutes to “kick in” but then I sleep well and wake up alert.

It worked great put me to sleep when needed i use to lay there and my mind spinning made going to sleep easier

It really helps when I wake up in the middle of the night and want to get right back to sleep. Works great!
