Great Overall

I got the bag in the wilderness color and am very pleased overall. Love the organization/pockets and it feels sturdy. I am only 5' so the 19 is a great small size, perfect for my frame, even when full. Two things keep it from five stars: the padding on the straps does not go all the way to the seam. This could very well be for a design purpose so it's not a significant drawback; it just threw me at first because it feels slightly strange when I go to grab it sometimes. The other thing is that the plastic hooks are tiny (even for my small hands) and slightly flimsy. Getting my key rings on and off them isn't a smooth process because they are so small and I feel like I'm going to break the plastic if I pull too hard. Again, if they hold up to use it won't be an issue, but the rest of the bag feels high quality and this is the only part that feels a little cheap. Happy with my purchase overall and will buy again from the company.

This is the best bag I’ve ever bought. I was on the fence for a while, considering the price, but once I got the bag in my hands, I could feel the quality in time that went into making it. The straps have very comfortable padding that make carrying it around all day much more manageable. I’m surprised at how much I can fit into this 19L bag. On a daily basis, I’m carrying my laptop, two A4 size journals, a Trader Joe’s tote bag, plenty of pens, a notepad, and my water bottle. Even with all that packed in, the bag doesn’t feel or look over-stuffed! If you’re thinking about buying this bag, do it! I’m certain this bag will last me many, many years, which makes the price very much worth it!!!
