New to paste.
Somewhere everyone takes that first step from extract to paste. I’m an ice cream maker and gluten free baker. I bought some paste and tried it in a batch of GF shortbread. Part of GF baking for me is creating its own flavor pallet without having that,”Oh, that’s gluten free isn’t it” taste. I combine essences and do all the right steps chemically to avoid that.
Didn’t know what to expect with paste. I overdid it my first batch since i’m an add vanilla with your heart kinda person.
But i’ll get it
