Advanced Collagen Plus Vitamin Patch

Great product, horrible packaging. I love the product, but the new vertical packaging is a major step backward. It is cumbersome, much more difficult to use on a daily basis, especially for people with arthritis, and it makes accessing the patches unnecessarily frustrating. The company should recognize that many of its customers are patients using these products at home—not shoppers selecting items from a pharmacy display rack. Vertical packaging may work better for retail presentation, but it significantly reduces usability. Please bring back the original horizontal packaging. It was much easier to open, access, and use every day.

The patch is better than pills or powders

I like the patch better that drinking a powder mix, which tastes awful, so I don't take it when I should. I also hate having to remember to take another pill. I like that I get a reminder of the next delivery and the option of delaying it if necessary. I have two other patches I use and I love this system!
