I can see the difference when I use this everyday in my water or drinks.

slow usage

Seems to work for me but I need to take it MUCH slower than recommended with my health issues. I just use 1 squirt in my water bottle and sip it throughout the day. On higher activity days, I will do 2 bottles with 1 squirt. Wish there was an option on the subscription that let me order much further out. My youngest daughter shared with me and I've shared with my grandson and they both see a difference.

I have used several different brands of electrolytes over the years, but this one takes the cake!! Here's why it's the best: SO EASY to add to your beverage. Literally squirt and done. No mixing or annoying clumps of powder. Two: you can add this to so many different things! Water, smoothies, lemonade, etc. I really enjoy this product.
