I havent used them long enough to notice a difference vitamin level wise (my D3 is at a 4.3, not great lol) but i was pleasantly surprised that with these patches i didnt get any nausea, and the adhesive didnt bother me at all! I sent my sister the link to the entire collection!

Arizona Vitamin D Supplement
Even though I live in sunny Arizona, I don't get the Vitamin D I need. Sometimes it's just too hot to go outside. Not a fan of pills I got these patches and they seem to be doing a great job. I love the Evil Eye design .

Walking on sunshine
I live the idea of not taking a pill everyday. I'm able to get my daily dose of sunshine with a. Cool sticker. I've even converted my husband and we're one month in and feeling the difference!
