Superb
superb. Smoked and grilled this half chicken up and thought I would be eating it for a few days. But taste got the best of me and I was in the fridge at night testing to see just how good dinner had been. And Gone. Delicious

Excellent tasting bird
They turned out great, but I had to do a lot of research on how to cook a heritage half chicken. They are different than chickens bought in a grocery store. Cooking instructions and a recipe would be helpful as they aren't cooked exactly like a fatty market bird.

heirloom organic ,what chicken is suppose to be. the fact that it is clean and organic, no fish meal flavor or that it is an heirloom bird with more flavor and moisture, it was delish, not cheap
