Great Ribs!
These were awesome!
Definitely will buy these again!
Smoked for 8 hours at 225 degrees.
First 4-hours unwrapped.
Last 4-hours wrapped with apple cider and beer.
Rest for 20 minutes.

They are very good. I smoked them low and slow, but did have to wrap them for sometime to make them a bit more tender, which is what I usually do with my pork ribs as well. I finished them off with barbecue sauce and they were a family hit. I think they’re really good but I usually reserve five stars for amazing which they fell just sort of in my opinion.
