I actually wear the brace for two hours before I play pickle ball. It gets me through the game. I think I’m going to start wearing it after as well for recovery. I am amazed at how well this product works!

I’ve begun using the shoulder brace for recovery following long pickleball sessions, occasionally even sleeping with it on after night play. It has been effective in helping to prevent stiffness and reduce soreness that I had been experiencing. If the body strap was adjustable I would have given a 5 star rating.
