Loving this combo so far. I’ve been taking it for about 2 months and have noticed the difference. I also love the quality of 1st Phorm products from vitamins to supplements to protein bars and other snacks! They are my go to! Highly recommend the prenatal and omega 3. If you can’t get the bundle you can get them separately to choose which one better fits your needs.

The cheaper price when buying the bundle was nice. Though the nutrient specs are still similar to a more generic prenatal from what I can tell.
