Amazing! Saves my wrist.

I have very bad wrist mobility. Curls with a straight barbell hurt very bad even with no extra weight. I have tried every EZ Curl bar that exists and they all hurt just as bad. Except this! I can finally barbell curl. The motion is so smooth that it perfectly matches my wrist curve. It adjusts to you throughout the movement, but it is never out of control. I can now do supinated, or probated, or hammer, or change half way through the rep all with easy. I was nervous because their is no videos or many reviews. I bought this 2 years ago and this is the best specialty bar I own.
