Best Prenatal Out There!

I had my first baby last year and this prenatal checks all the boxes for me. I spent a long time researching the best combination of vitamins/minerals and how much of each I should be getting. This specific prenatal hit all of the marks. It has the right amount of each of the most important vitamins as well as added nutrients. I take this prenatal every day along with an omega-3 supplement. There is no after taste, no digestion issues, and I don't experience any nausea even if I take it without food. I feel great knowing I gave my baby everything he needed and more while he was growing. Per my OBGYN's advice, I continued to take this prenatal after having my baby since those nutrients are still important for me to recover and especially while breastfeeding. I will continue to take this prenatal as a daily vitamin and through my next pregnancy (hopefully next year) as well.

Love these vitamins. They have everything I need, including iodine, which I struggle to get enough of. I highly recommend these and knowing they're from a good source is reassuring.
