Still on the Fence
1st week in on the 5/2 directions. Night 1-3 I hit Rim sleep but was easily awaken and stirred abit through the nights which is not common for me as I’m a heavy sleeper. Night 4 and 5 was a true sleep and felt great the next mornings. I’m going to finish out the supplement as I feel there is adjustment period needed and or other factors may have attributed to my experience the first few nights. Overall I trust and love 1st Phorm!

Sleep
Helps me fall asleep. Some nights quicker than others but I noticed my restless legs have diminished and my mind is not constantly racing. Would recommend
