Perfect bands

Nice variety!

The package affords a nice variety of bands for different uses. I use lg/xl 1 for back squats, lg/xl 2 up higher on my thighs for hip thrusts They help me get the mind muscle connection I need to really feel my glutes. They are very good quality and I was even able to use my HSA to buy them!!
