Ordered a King size mattress and platform frame, the mattress was delivered in a few days, the platform frame was listed as en route. After 1 + week of following up with customer service, they were unable to say when or if the platform frame would be delivered. They recommended purchasing a platform frame from a local furniture store. We wound up canceling the order and returning the mattress which was still unopened in the box. Very dissatisfied.

I felt an improvement in the firmness of my mattress the first night. Unfortunately, when I ordered my Cal. King Winkbed, almost 3 years ago, the foundation in my size wasn't available. So, I ordered a cheap foundation and several mattress toppers during this time frame.
