Best customer services!
The first mattress I bought was too soft for me. I filled put an application online to exchange it for a firmer one. I received a reply from a representative Lorenzo that same day. She provided some excellent advices. I exchanged it for a Midnight Luxe mattress. The new mattress arrived quickly. Another representative Joey arranged for Sharetown to pick up my original Midnight Core mattress. Everything was very convenient, professional and smooth. I enjoyed Midnight Luxe mattress very much.

This is the one!
It's been a few months now and we are very happy with our Helix mattress. We have had to return another one from another brand before buying Helix. Mattress feels very comfortable and exactly as described! Also excellent service collecting the older mattress

Glad we tried it
With the money back guarantee we decided to try the helix mattress. So glad we did. I normally wouldn't spend $1000 on a mattress but it was well worth it. Now I wish they had camper size mattresses because what a difference.
