Aurora Luxe Cooling

I have bought quite a few beds in the past including a Temper-pedic, my Brooklyn Aurora Luxe is by far the most comfortable out of them all. I was ecstatic the first night that I could lay on my side for a little while without pain. I am very happy with this bed and your customer service is outstanding. I have delt with Amelia and she is terrific, helped me pick out this bed for my health needs. Amelia also contacts me immediately if I have questions. I have told my Family and Friends about Brooklyn Beds.

I'm wondering if I even received the correct mattress! We ordered a Short Queen Aurora Luxe Cooling mattress for our RV in medium firm, with a pillow top and the mattress was too soft for being medium firm, it sleeps too hot for being the Aurora Luxe Cooling, and it did not have "superior motion isolation" as it claims. The softness was like crawling into a cloud, which you might think as nice, but we felt unsupported. Also, whenever my husband would get into bed, I would feel pulled to the middle of the bed and if I moved, he would feel it and vice versa. He's 185 lbs. and I'm 160 lbs. and we didn't have this issue with our medium firm mattress we have at home in our bedroom. Lastly, we had too many nights of sleeping uncomfortably hot to where we woke up sweating while the AC was on. It made no sense since we slept in the same temperature inside the house and wouldn't wake up sweating. The mattress gets rave reviews from RV shows but this mattress missed the mark big time and doesn't check any of the boxes it claims. I'm glad I could return it.

The mattress feels too soft when you are sitting on it BUT it sleeps wonderfully. I havent needed my fan to stay cool. The mattress keeps me cool all night. It was easy to unwrap and get setup but I do recommend having some help.
