Speedy and Spiffy
We love Prevelo and this purchase is no different. We couldn’t find it anywhere else before it occurred to me that Prevelo has replacement parts and it was so easy and quick to get a new tire for our bike. We’ll keep coming back until they have nothing for us 🙂

Tire replacement
We ordered tires to replace worn ones . The wrong tires were sent but when I got in touch I Had a prompt email back and new tires were sent right away and was told to keep everything no charge . Great customer service !!
