Super ALA 600 for neuropathy
I have been using this brand of Super ALA 600 for several years now for small fiber neuropathy especially in my legs and feet but also other parts of my body. It really does make a difference when used consistently twice a day. I have tried dozens of other products to no avail. For me it has to be 600 mg, 2x a day, with biotin, and preferably time released. Expensive but so very grateful for this!
