I have only used the product for 1 month. Cosistent use of a gummy is convenient. I am not concerned with taking them with a meal like other "pill" supplements. I take them in the morning simultaneously. I also have not seen or felt any measured changes with taking this product. I did order a second month to get a full 60 day opportunity.
