Excellent Product Even Better Customer Service
I’ve had my dermaplane for almost two years now and it wasn’t working quite right anymore more. It supposedly had a two year warranty which I was still within so I reached out to the company because I definitely wanted another if possible. They immediately responded and honored the warranty within a very reasonable timeframe and the agent that helped me was so friendly and professional. I am happy to have a fully functional device again and wouldn’t use any other brand!

Took a minute. . . . .
I used my SIMA once and didn't feel like it was working, however, I looked up a tutorial and I wasn't using it correctly. The second time I used it I slanted the device correctly and am so happy! I am fuzz free! I use it once a week and my skincare goes on so much more smoothly and my skin feels very soft. I recommended this to my daughter.
