Great customer service

This is a great facial brush. I replaced an old Clarisonic with this and I love it. I had a problem with my Nova brush after a year and the customer service rep was very responsive. I was given a replacement.

Didn’t work

I got sent a device with a coupon in the box that expired in 2019. So at best, I had a 7 year old device sent to me. Still, I followed all of the instructions and the device never worked. Couldn’t hold a charge no matter how long it was on the charger. Sending it back, super disappointed.

Very comparable to the old clarisonic which in the day was the best. The NOVA facial cleaner is perfect. My skin is whitehead free & ultraclean. 11/04/2025. Though I charge the battery....it is alrwady getting weak.
