New pump!
After 14 years of daily use, the pump on our il primo wouldn't make pressure anymore. Got a new one from Chris Coffee and it was easy to install. I should have done it sooner, as there was a noticeable improvement in my daily espresso. Apparently my pressure has been low for a while. Thanks for the quick delivery and great result.

Replacing again
I’m not exactly sure how long these are supposed to last, but I’m just replacing this pump after approximately four years of consistent but relatively light home use.

Pump is OK the customer support is very good.
I'm not an expert in espresso machine but got a good support from Chris Team on how to install and what to pay attention to. I was communicating with service tech - Joe Blowers. Got answers right away which I'm grateful for! Great people - appreciate your work, guys!
