BCAAs

Good addition to my routine

I added BCAAs to my morning because I train fasted. I’m also 3 months postpartum, and trying to maintain muscle, get back into lifting, and manage milk supply for breast feeding. Trying BCAAs while I work out and so far love them. Taste was a bit funky at first, but it’s grown on me!
