Wireless Hero Light 2.0

The tiny screw that screws the light to the Hero Loupes is so tiny and the Allen wrench that came with it feels like it barely fits. It will not properly tighten the screw. The light is great and light but it’s kind of flopping back and forth not at all secured to the glasses. I haven’t had time to look for the customer service # but I need to. Spent way too much on this light, now I can’t use either the light or the loupes until this gets resolved. Not sure if I can order another screw and Allen wrench that actually does the job.

I went from a 5x mag lamp straight to the 6x hero loupes and although it took a few days to adjust, once I put a concerted effort into using them they instantly became my go to and I've not touched my mag lamp since. The clarity is great and while my field of vision is certainly smaller than under a mag lamp I'm quickly adjusting to this new normal. I'm happy with my decision to get them.

Love my wireless head light. I've used a corded light for over 10 years. Ever since I started using the wireless light I realize how free I am to move during procedures. I also do not get caught on random things by my cord wrapped behind my back.
