Standard Battery

Love my ultra optic battery pack and light.. turned out my battery pack that was 4 years old wasn’t the problem. It ended up being the light itself. Amazing how long the battery pack lasts. I’ve been using this brand for over 18 years.

The female part of the 1/8' jack for the light to plug into the battery pack is inset too far and interferes with proper electrical connection. now both battery packs I bought were defective in this way. I have to pull the connector out some to get the light to shine. so frustrated. I spent a good chunk of money on these and they are so annoying to get to stay on during my operative use or exams. Extremely dissatisfied.

Have been using your headlight and batteries for several years now. The batteries actually last far longer than the recommended change date (sorry but I never pay attention to that date).
