Amazing substitution of Lactaid pills for longer use!
I was skeptical these would work as well as lactaid pills because they’re so small and thin, but these have been amazing! I love that they last for hours so I don’t have to remember to take another pill.

These are great!
I bought these for my teenage daughter. She says they work perfectly. They’re also more cost effective than the lactose pills she was taking, I’ll definitely purchase these again!

A Life Saver
