Marble Fudge

Arrival was a bit earlier. Skeptic at first of this product. Then, it changed my mind. Very good product and surprisingly good taste!

I was hoping it was going to actually be more like cookie doughs. It is runnier and grainier than I cared for, even though I keep refrigerated. It does have a good taste and I am going to play with it to see if I can freeze it and use small chunks as a mix in to a protein ice cream with my creami machine.

Yummy and rich…. A couple of tablespoons (and milk to drink) make a great and filling snack with plenty of protein. It satisfies my craving
