Not sure what I’m supposed to feel- but it feels good to do the 2pumps in my coffee, like I’m boosting the start of my day! And it does add a touch of healthy flavor.

I buy these buy the case because I have everyone in my family loving these!

I like it in my coffee and tea, but am not a fan of it added to water.
