I like the way it feels in the hands. It feels like a good starting weight for me. (I was using a rubber jumprope before hand.) But anyways, it's very nice to use. I'm still very new to it.

Fun thing to work on and get better with. I'm not sure if this loosened me up for stretching but my stretches felt a bit better afterwards. Im not sure what the best beginner rope is but this feels solid and I'm happy with it.
