Flawless

The bouquet delivered only loosely resembled what was advertised. Not adequate flowers, modest execution, and a clear gap between expectation and reality — certainly not “deluxe”. The response was more memorable than the bouquet. After an internal review, I was told the flowers were exactly as ordered, while also being reminded that they are seasonal, variable, handmade, and therefore not meant to look like the product shown. An impressive attempt to argue that something can be identical and different at the same time. A 10% “gesture of goodwill” followed, which felt less like customer care and more like an invitation to lower expectations. If the model is to showcase one thing and later justify another, expectations are being managed backwards. A more professional approach would be to under-promise and over-deliver. Flowers: not passable for something sold as “deluxe”. Communication: confidently dismissive. Lesson learned: believe the disclaimers, not the photos.
