Lovely bouquet delivered on time

I only saw a picture of the bouquet I sent my daughter. It was nice. But I was very happy that the bouquet was delivered on time for her birthday as I put my order quite late. So thank you for that

Beautiful flowers and fast delivery

I missed a birthday so needed same day flowers, delivered just a couple of hours later, lovely display of blooms - roses, peonies etc. only spoiled by the addition of plastic eucalyptus leaves- only found when crushing for the scent so pretty realistic and excellent from a distance. bouquet nicely presented with bag of water so it lasted well until she could get the bouquet into a vase at home. Disappointing

I was really disappointed with the pretty and delicate bouquet. I ordered from abroad so I was reliant on the website photos being accurate. What arrived did not look like the photo and it was really small. The website photo states that what is illustrated is the ‘classic’ size so I ordered the ‘super delux’ as I wanted something ‘special’. The actual bouquet looked significantly smaller than the ‘classic’ size. The colours were much paler and lacked the impact of the website image. The flowers themselves were fresh enough and the delivery was fine but the bouquet lacked the ‘special’ feel I was expecting and in my opinion was not good value for money. Wrote to the company before posting this to express my disappointment and still waiting for a reply. Would not risk ordering again.
