I used The Flower Yard for the first time last week to send flowers to my son, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and the service was professional throughout. The flowers were absolutely stunning and worth every penny. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the whole experience was seamless. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else in the future and highly recommend The Flower Yard to anyone looking for beautiful flowers and exceptional service.

Misleading image - flowers very disappointing

I am very disappointed with the flowers I had ordered for my friend’s birthday. The flowers that arrived were completely different - rather than being structured and tight like the photo, they were whispy and cottage garden style. They looked more like weeds with a few open roses scattered through - not either of our vibe at all. I had ordered super deluxe so definitely expected a wow factor. I would expect an apology and replacement to be sent to her - even if a small bouquet - but instead I received an email saying the image is ‘for illustration purposes only’. A photo that looks nothing like the reality! Given they won’t replace or refund I would obviously never use them again.

Beautiful Birthday Flowers

I live in Canada and sent my daughter some flowers in London. I found you by just googling and honestly what I saw on your webpage and what she received were fabulous. I would highly recommend you.
