I am 9 months postpartum and still nursing 4 times a day, I noticed my supply dwindling, this helped on day one!! I will not, not take this during nursing with any other kids I have. I am looking forward to the recovery next. One thing I wish I knew before I bought is, it's designed to be taken with a prenatal/not instead of. I still have my prenatal, but when I'm out o will be getting theirs to take with it! Will 100% be recommending this to all my momma friends!
