Chesapeake Soft Shell Crabs

Ordered on Sat 7/25, order got shipped after I had to send an email asking what deal was. Received Friday 7/31. Order was still mostly frozen but beginning to thaw. Luckily fish was still good. Last time had my order in 48 hrs. Only 1 piece of dry ice in box. Please do better next time. Thank you

Almost there

If I was honest it would be a 4 star because I am fairly sure I did not prepare it correctly. The taste was almost as remembered. The texture was odd; crisp in one place soft in another. Your directions were easy to follow however I am sure I messed up the cook and I was tasting from a 30 year ago memory. Cannot wait to try again hoping to ace it this time.
