Exceeded my hopes. Very versatile consistency. Very filling. Would work great in several recipes, or could be part of a peanut flavored square for pasta. High protein.

Bought this based upon the announcement it was a great meat substitute. Opening the can I realized it was packed. I age some from a spoon and could clearly tell it was made from peanuts. I then toasted some bread and spread it on the bread. Did not make a good meat substitute. Went back to Loma Linda site and swapped the order for big franks.
