necessary and amazing. why did i wait so long to get it.

this kit is everything i need to soothe my muscles and help heal my plantar fasciitis. i love the different roller balls for massaging my heel and really getting to the right pressure points. the roller is fantastic for some firm muscle release. i've even used the double roller on my calves and it's amazing. combined with a good stretching routine, this kit really makes the difference in catalysing my recovery. i was initially unsure about purchasing because i like to see and touch when shopping, but this kit does not disappoint. you can buy with confidence.

Great tools to flush and kneed out muscles. The balls are excellent and the roller is perfect for my back.
