I think it is a wonderful product. Finally, the 'comprehension power' of all this indelicate AI is put to personal use. I use it to transcribe interviews - looking for commonalities and themes among specific groups of people. I though I wold just benefit from the transcriptions and then search them for keywords and phrases - but the Comulytic software does about 60% of that work for me AND adds other insights I could not bring up unless I did painstaking legwork. Probably life changing, if not work changing.

I've been using it for about a week and so far it is great. Due to policy, I cannot use it at work unfortunately. However, it has proved invaluable for other conversations I have and I can focus on just listening and being personable without having to worry about taking notes. I only wish that it would use previous conversations to tag speakers over time. Right now it only will tag the owner once voice detection is set up.
