El producto llegó en el tiempo especificado,venía en excelente estado. Calidad y precio corresponden, lo recomiendo para quien tiene un presupuesto limitado, ya que presta las funciones básicas

I do love it, and that's being honest. If I'm honest est with everything then there are 3 areas that need to be improved on. My first grip it that the microphone foam wind stoppers come of way to easy. You have to grip the foam to gently remove the mics from the pod and they can come off. I'm worried about using in a windy environment. 2nd. The rattle. Mics and Bluetooth bit at loose fitting so they rattle around a little. Nothing great, but annoying. 3rd. They are so shiny and smooth that I have trouble getting them out easily, although my finger are big, but not huge big. Apart from that, they work great, carry around easily and you ways have a mic on hand and an Ai microphone at that.

10+ days trying to get a refund for a defective BOYA Mini 2. Very disappointed by support.

I have been trying to obtain a refund for a defective BOYA Mini 2 for over 10 days despite providing troubleshooting, tests, and the video requested by support. I am still being sent in circles instead of receiving clear refund instructions. I am very disappointed with both the customer service and the product quality. It does not work on mon iPhone 12 (iOS26.5) with the lightening reveiver.
