Worth the money - but maybe fix the finger loop
I recently purchased a 27” sling and an extra training ball. The sling is really great! The only things I’d change would be the finger loop as it’s a bit uncomfortable at first with the weird twist in it and maybe make the release tab (the leather part) just a bit larger. Maybe a future versions can address those.
You’re going to want to buy a bunch of the training balls if you have a good place to practice with them. Otherwise get a big bag of marshmallows and feed your local ant colony.
I’m not sure that I’ll ever use the 3d printed winder but it could be nice to have for longer term storage or travel.
I am having a blast learning and the accuracy is improving (slowly) but Pan’s videos help. If we’re taking requests, I’d love to see how to wrap the sling around your wrist for travel because that just looks cool.
I will most likely pickup a longer sling at some point to learn the difference sling length makes, but let’s see if I can get the fundaments down with this one first.

Totally awesome. Well engineered sling! Quality is outstanding. I did a lot of research before I purchased. As this is my first sling. My only suggestion would be for international clients that purchased the pan sling is to have it waxed as the wax cannot be purchased for clients in Canada. I did purchase pure bees wax from Amazon made in Canada so it’s not a big deal, but that was the one suggestion that I would have. Some people complain that it’s expensive, but I would say you spend more if you go out to a dinner and a movie with your spouse. The sling lasts for a long, long time, compared to one evening of fun.
