I recently purchased this 14" carbon steel wok. I've used it twice on our gas range and it works wonderfully. The heat from the burner distributes the heat evenly around the whole wok. I've done two different protein stir fry's and they turned out deliciously.

This YOSUKATA 14-inch wok has been amazing. Paired with my outdoor high-BTU wok burner, it's an absolute powerhouse. I've used it for stir-fries, chow mein, fried rice and now deep-frying egg rolls, and this awesome wok handles every task flawlessly. The round-bottom design distributes heat beautifully, gets incredibly hot, and responds quickly to temperature changes. Deep-frying in this wok was effortless and used less oil than a traditional pot while still giving me perfectly crispy egg rolls. The quality is outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. If you're considering this wok, I highly recommend it!
