Excellent Products, Easy to Stay Consistent With & Outstanding Customer Service
I’ve been using several Qure products, including the Dermal Mists, and LED Mask, for about a month now and overall I’m extremely happy with my purchases and my experience with the brand.
One of the things I appreciate most about Qure is how easy the treatments are to incorporate into a normal skincare routine. The treatment times are very short, which makes a huge difference when it comes to consistency. Skincare devices can sometimes feel like another task you have to find time for, but with Qure I don’t feel that way at all. I can easily fit the treatments into my routine, even on busy days, and I think that makes it much more realistic to actually use the products regularly enough to benefit from them\.
I’m also very happy with the Dermal Mists and the LED Mask. I had quite a few questions when I first started using the products, particularly about how and when to use the different Dermal Mists, and Qure’s customer service has been excellent. Whenever I’ve contacted them, I’ve received helpful answers very quickly, regardless of the time. I really appreciate having that level of support after purchasing skincare devices and products, especially when you want to make sure you’re using everything correctly and getting the most out of your investment.
I was particularly impressed with how they handled an issue I had with the storage bag that comes with the LED Mask. Unfortunately, I noticed that the black storage bag was transferring colour and leaving visible dark stains on my mask. When I contacted Qure about it, they listened to my complaint and compensated me, which I really appreciated. Their response made me feel that they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their products.
I do think the storage bag is one area where Qure could make an improvement. The material seems to transfer black colour not only onto the mask but potentially onto anything stored inside it. I would strongly recommend that Qure include a note advising customers to wash the bag before using it for the first time, because once the dark marks transfer onto the mask, they unfortunately don’t seem to come off.
I understand that the bag itself may need to be made from this particular type of material in order to properly protect the mask, so rather than changing something that serves an important protective purpose, another solution could be to consider producing the LED Mask in a darker colour, perhaps black. I actually think a black version could look very sleek and premium while also making any potential colour transfer from the protective bag far less noticeable.
Apart from this issue, which Qure handled very professionally, my experience has been extremely positive. I love the convenience of the products, the short treatment times, and how easy they are to incorporate into my skincare routine. Most importantly, I’ve been very impressed with the customer service and the support I’ve received whenever I’ve had a question or concern.
Overall, I’m very happy with my Qure purchases and would definitely recommend the brand. The combination of well-designed, convenient treatments and genuinely responsive customer service has made it a very positive experience for me. With a small improvement to the storage bag situation, or potentially a darker mask design, I think the overall experience could be even better.
