Awesome machine!

Easily my favorite piece of equipment. Smooth as butter, with solid construction. Easy to out together. Had my first Back and Chest workout yesterday supersetting with it and the GMWD - V1 3 in 1 Chest Press Machine and I had an awesome workout. This is by far the best seated Row machine I have seen and for its compact size it is perfect for a Home Gym or commercial gym even.
