Everything from roasts to brisket to beef sticks is amazingly tender & flavorful. Was really turned off by store bought meat & was eating predominantly a plant-based diet. Thanks Meriwether; I’m loving beef again!

Although I have yet to smoke the brisket, which I plan to in a couple of weeks, I have full confidence that they are just as delicious as the Summer Box meats. I will provide a follow-up review after smoking the briskets.
