I have been a customer for several years now. I’m pretty sure since the beginning the packaging has changed over the years from Good to great the Good Ranchers meat itself is tender, juicy healthy, and delicious. It is rare for me to have any complaints and in the event that I do my call is answered quickly by a live knowledgeable and courteous person. The customer service is outstanding and any issue whatsoever they immediately accommodate sending something extra for my inconvenience.
