This product basically doesn't function, which is surprising considering it meant for one thing... writing. It supports two document types, .txt and .docx. I've tried both formats and once you are beyond around 30 pages of text, its basically unusable because of the input lag. I imported a .docx file of a book in working on and it just crashes eveytime I try typing a letter and when it reboots, it will load my documents plus that letter. It's as if the device is trying to reload the whole document each time something is typed. Support has been very unhelpful. I let them know the issue and they told me it's because I was using .docx instead of .txt (if they don't support that file type, why is it one of the two types it will let you upload?) I converted my work into a .txt and I got the same result all though it preformed slightly on my short storys (30ish pages) but still a major input lag.

worth the wait! love how well I'm able to focus on getting the words on the page.

I'm loooving it. I'm sure I'm not utilizing it to its full potential yet but it is exactly what I needed to get back into the writing groove. Super grateful for the backlighting.
