I purchased this screen protector several months ago had it personalized with my company logo after a few months of use and showing it off to everybody and having it get lots of attention, no matter where I am. I accidentally dropped my phone and got a crack in my screen protector. I emailed Customer Service and within three minutes they have already put together a replacement order for me for no charge at all I replied to their replacement order saying wow that was incredible. Very prompt and awesome customer service and I got an email once again apologizing for the delay because it took three minutes. Excellent screen saver. Love the privacy screen option. I accidentally cracked the screen a few months later, and they sent a new one for free within a week.
